Withdrawal / Return – Product Replacement

If you wish to replace a product or to return any defective product, for your best service  please follow the instructions below.

Product Replacement

Any replacement must be performed within 15 days from the date of purchase. The proof of purchase for the product, is necessary for that procedure. In addition, the products that will be replaced should be returned intact, in their packaging, without being opened. The products that will be purchased should be of equal or greater value. Any return or delivery cost is being charged to the customer.

Product Returns due to mistake / delivery problem

You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement in the event of proven mistake made by Mediterranean Cosmetics as if they have been sold incorrect products or products of poor and defective quality (mistake in receiving the order, wrong pricing, mistake in the shipment, damaged during the transport, badly packed, etc.). The customer must not accept the receipt of the product and return it. The products must be returned in excellent condition as in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and the product packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition. The product which has to be replaced must be accompanied by all the documents that accompanied the product (eg DN, receipt note. Etc.). Withdrawal

In case you wish to return the product that you have purchased from the online store, you can ship it back to us in its original condition and packaging, with all the forms that accompany it, within 14 calendar days from the date you have received it, in order the right of withdrawal to be considered valid .

The withdrawal statement can be sent in the following ways:

Once we receive the withdrawal statement, we will contact you by phone or email, according to the information provided in the withdrawal statement.

The products must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date customer has received, on customer’s expenses. The products should be returned intact, in their packaging, without being opened. If the returned products do not meet the above conditions, they will be returned to the customer at the recipient’s expenses. The products to be returned must be accompanied by the corresponding purchase documents. If the above conditions are met, a refund will be made to the customer within 14 working days from the time the company was notified of its withdrawal statement, and you will be charged only with the shipping costs of the products you returned. The refund will be made by the same payment method as the one you used for your purchase.

If the order was paid by credit card, the company will proceed with all the steps provided to inform the bank to return the money to the customer. In these cases, the time for the credit of the amount is purely on the responsibility of the competent bank and the company Mediterranean Cosmetics MON SA is released from any responsibility in case of any delays.

Exceptions to withdrawal

There is NO withdrawal for:

  • Products that have been used.
  • Products that are not suitable for return due to health protection reasons or for hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after the receipt of them, such as personal care cosmetics as they are items that have close contact with the human body.

Return procedure

  1. Pack the product in a larger box so that it is protected during shipment.
  2. Also include in the package the return slip and the purchase receipt.
  3. Return the parcel, using the same courier agency from which you have received your order, to the following address:

We would like to point out that in case the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the sender on it’s own expenses.

Order cancellation

If you have completed your online order but the product has not been shipped yet, you can cancel it by calling at the phone number 2341042322. In case your order has been paid by credit / debit card, bank transfer / transfer or PayPal, a refund will be made within 14 working days, with the shipping costs included. The refund will be made by the same payment method as the one you used for your purchase.
